29.04.2009 Reinsurance company Profile Re has received a new license form April 16, 2009 Federal Insurance Supervision Service (FSSN) granted OJSC Profile Re a new license form for reinsurance because of the change reinsurer’s location. 28.04.2009 OJSC Profile Re has paid Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company Yakor 620.0 thousand rubles. April 27, 2009, Profile Re Reinsurance Company has paid insurance indemnity to Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company Yakor equal to 620.0 thousand rubles.

Alexei Onishchenko, Profile Re.

The chairman of the Board of Directors and principal owner of the company Alexei Onishchenko was elected CEO of OJSC Profile Re.

A. Onishchenko was born on July 14, 1969. In 2003 he graduated from school of economics of Novosibirsk Humanitarian Institute. Starting from Agust, 1997 he has acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC Rusfintech and from March, 2001 - the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Profile Re.
