29.04.2009 Reinsurance company Profile Re has received a new license form April 16, 2009 Federal Insurance Supervision Service (FSSN) granted OJSC Profile Re a new license form for reinsurance because of the change reinsurer’s location. 28.04.2009 OJSC Profile Re has paid Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company Yakor 620.0 thousand rubles. April 27, 2009, Profile Re Reinsurance Company has paid insurance indemnity to Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company Yakor equal to 620.0 thousand rubles.

Year of changes.

Profile Re Reinsurance Company has got new Director-General. Principal owner of the company Alexei Onishchenko succeded to Eugeny Stanchenko. Under Stanchenko the business of the company was constantly growing: in 2008 its fees amounted to 226.9 million rubles that exceeds the corresponding figure for 2007 by 42,2%. At that 97% of contributions were accepted for reinsurance from Russian partners. The amount of claims settlement equaled to 90,6 million rubles. Besides by the end of 2008 OJSC Profile Re increased its authorized capital stock from 20 120 million rubles up to 500 million rubles.
