From 16 to 18 October heads of the Central and Regional offices of the Reinsurance department Kornilov Irina and Igor Korneev, as well as the head of HR department
Olga Yurlova participated in ‘Effective leadership: the main course’ business – training.
Training was conducted Runa consulting group.
The training program aims at developing of key managerial competencies such as interpersonal understanding, result orientation, delegation, control,
mentoring, oriented at leadership effectiveness enhancing.
