From August 29 to August 30, 2008 on the basis of Business School ‘MIRBIS’ ‘Professional manager skills’ business-training was organized.
18 experts from 9 insurance companies received certificates of Moscow International Higher Business School ‘MIRBIS’. Participants got 2-day training by MBA program free of charge. The organizer of the event was Profile Re Reinsurance Company. 9 employees of the company participated in the training.
The audience got extreamly interested in the learning process from the moment it started. Participants were training to form efficient teams, to work as a team, set goals and find ways to achieve them, to solve non-standard tasks, to negotiate within groups and between groups, analyse their actions and the actions of the partners.
The lecturer of the course, Sergeev A.M. (PhD, professor, Head of MBA Executive Program in MIRBIS Business School ) organized the learning process in such a way that each of the students became an active participant and showed his worth, that all participants got in contact with each other.
By the end of the second day of training each participant identified himself as an indispensable part of one chain (organized group).
